As you envision your career at IDG consider this: IDG has been named by Fortune Magazine as "One of The Best Places to Work in America." In addition to a competitive compensation program, IDG has a long history of offering innovative comprehensive benefits to attract and retain employees.
Outstanding total compensation and benefit packages, unmatched by most of today’s employers, certainly played a part in employees rating IDG so highly as a great place to work. For more than 38 years, IDG has recognized that employees enjoy a higher level of job satisfaction and quality of life when they are well cared for by their employer. The changing needs of IDG employees are continuously evaluated, and IDG responds to those needs by improving and enhancing its benefit programs accordingly.
In keeping with the entrepreneurial spirit in which IDG was conceived, the various business units across the U.S. have the flexibility of customizing their benefit programs to best meet the needs of their respective employees. As a member of the IDG family, you will be entitled to most, if not all, of the Primary Benefit Programs as well as many of the Supplemental Benefits that comprise our total benefits portfolio.
